Simple and Delightful
Ingredients:
- 1 package (approximately 6 pieces) Pollock fish (has the Crab flavour)
- 2 teaspoon seasoning (i.e. Wildly Delicious onion or garlic)
- 2 squirts of lime juice
- 3/4 cups of light mayo
- 1 tablespoon of Wildly Delicious Bread dipper oil (I used lemon/parmesan brand)
- 1 teaspoon hot sauce
- 6 pieces of basil (chiffonade)
- 2 avocados (serves 4)
- Fresh chives for topping
Directions:
- Chop your Pollock in fairly fine pieces
- Mix all ingredients with the (Crab) Pollock meat
- Slice avocado in half (remove pit)
- Stuff with mixutre and top with chopped chives
Eat with spoon, scoop out a bit of avocado with the Crab and voila, very delicious together. The bland with the salty.
Super tasty, great appetizer.
